The bill (Reg. No. 6598) presents a new version of the applicable Law. The bill defines the terms; specifies the bodies in charge of state regulation of seed production and planting stock, respective authorities of the central executive body in charge of agrarian policy; tackles the issues of financial and material-technical support of seed production, establishment of an insurance seed fund, the order of setting up the state reserve seed fund, acquisition of the right for seed production and use, etc.
